A: WhatsApp us your property size, address, checkout time, and next check-in time. We'll confirm price and availability within minutes.
Do I need to provide linens?
Yes, we use YOUR linens. We wash them on site, then transport to our facility for professional drying. We return them fresh before your next guest arrives.
What if I have back-to-back bookings (same-day turnover)?
We offer express service same day bookings for +£15.
Do you serve all of Gibraltar?
Yes! everywhere. Including La Linea, Alcaidesa & Sotogrande
How do I pay?
We send a secure Sumup payment link after you approve the video. If paying by card there is a 3.5% charge. Or you can transfer to our Sumup account at no extra charge. No upfront payment required
What if something is missed?
We guarantee guest-ready perfection. If you spot something, WhatsApp us within 2 hours and we'll send a cleaner back free.
Do you offer regular contracts?
No contracts required. Book one clean or 100. For property managers, we offer monthly retainers and bundle discounts.
What about meet and greet and/or restocking?
We charge a one-time fee to go buy the initial list of items. After that, restocking is free.
